Update and support service

With this service, Nacsport gives a two-fold undertaking: firstly, to provide continuous updates for all its products; and, secondly, to attend and reply to all queries within a maximum period of between 24 and 72 hours, depending on the version of the product which you have purchased:

• Elite version: 24 hours.

• Pro and Scout versions: 48 hours.

• Basic version: 72 hours.

Subscriptions to the technical support and update service are valid for a period of one year.

In all versions, this service is included in the price of the first year. From that point, if you want to maintain this service, you must to renew it. In the case of the Basic version, the renewal of this service is necessary to keep the program operating.
