Actions registering with no video source
Actions from a sporting event can be registered without a video open or a capture device connected to the computer.
For example: while one person is recording a sporting event, another can be on the other side of the pitch registering actions.
Once the event is over, the database can be linked to and synchronised with the recorded actions on the respective video.
Unlimited free, configurable categories
An unlimited number of templates can be created with an unlimited number of categories (concepts, actions, etc.) per template. Fully configurable.
Each category can represent a technical gesture, individual action, correction for the next match, a weakness or a strong point. You set the limit.
Each category is represented by a graphic button and can alter the name of the action to be observed, the size, colour, access key or registering times, etc.
Descriptors in the category window
An unlimited number of categories and descriptors can be created in the category window .
Descriptors are configurable buttons used to define registered actions (categories), such as good, bad, right, left, John, etc.
Examples of category + descriptors are: free kick on right taken by John, good shot from the left. They provide additional information about recorded actions (categories).
Category and descriptor matrix
This window shows the relationship between descriptors and categories in numerical form.
When you click on a number, the video rapidly shows the actions to which the number refers.
For example: if the number 4 appears in the relationship between goal shots (category) and right (descriptor), just click on the number for the video to show the 4 goal shots from the right.
Drawing and inserting pictures on a video sequence
With this tool, you can pause a video sequence and draw on it or insert a picture.
You can therefore show a video sequence with notes or drawings, while configuring the length of time that they should appear, in seconds.
More features: (Already included in lower versions)
The following languages are included in Nacsport Pro:
You can compare up to 8 actions in the same video, frame by frame or sequence by sequence, by independent or common control. You can synchronise your comparison and view it on full screen.
What to do with the multiple MPEG files generated by the cameras hard drive?
With Nacsport Pro you can merge multiple MPEG files and convert them to a single video sequence in AVI format.
Download videos from YouTube© and convert them to be analysed. All you have to do is paste the video link and, with a single click, NAC downloads and automatically converts it.
You can also convert FLV files downloaded from other websites by simply selecting the file to be converted.
Convert easily your DVDs to videos in AVI format to start analyzing your game immediately.
Analyse a live event:
Simply connecting a DV camera with FireWire port to a computer, the images are captured and synchronised with your clicks, as an action of interest takes place. All the information is instantly accessible, without delay.
Analyse a captured video:
The formats admitted in this version are AVI, WMV, MPEG and MOV. You can use any supported digital video file for analysis, recording actions and viewing it as many times as you wish, whenever you wish.
Once an event has been analysed, you can generate independent videos with the most important actions, to be copied, sent by e-mail, recorded on DVD, etc. You can superimpose text on the video to be generated.
For this version, the available production formats are:
- AVI: best for playing on a computer.
- MPEG: ready for conversion to DVD.
- WMV: best for sending by e-mail.
- MOV: the standard for Mac environments.

All the versions of Nacsport have a TimeLine clearly showing what occurred in an event. All the actions recorded can be easily adjusted and reviewed. The TimeLine provides a working environment which optimises the time spent on analysis and you can lengthen or shorten actions, eliminate, duplicate, change concepts, add new categories (lines) and change its name.
The TimeLine is the most important tool for working with recorded actions.
This version can display up to 5 videos and unlimited databases in the Timeline.
The Timeline also provides an advanced search where you can filter the information from one database.
With this tool, you can adjust all your measurements (actions) at once, by synchronising all the records on one category (line) or the whole TimeLine with the video.

With this tool, you can overlap two actions playing them both at the same time, with the possibility of selecting the degree of visibility of one action relative to the other.
A presentation is a group of different records under the same name. For example, you can create a presentation called "Defence" containing different actions which are examples of what you want to describe.
You can make a presentation including actions in slow / normal speed up to 5 different videos.
Also you can import pictures into your presentation or include covers between actions.
Just drag the actions of interest from the TimeLine to your presentation.
