With this service, NAC Sport gives a two-fold undertaking: firstly, to provide continuous updates for all its products; and, secondly, to attend and reply to all queries within a maximum period of between 24 and 72 hours, depending on the version of the product which you have purchased:
- Elite RT and Elite 42 versions: 24 hours.
- Pro 32 and Scout versions: 48 hours.
- Basic version: 72 hours.
Subscriptions to the technical support and update service are valid for a period of one year.
The purchase price of the ‘Scout’ version includes technical support and updates for the first year, after which you are required to pay a renewal fee if you wish to have continued access to this service
In the case of the ‘Basic’ version, this service is included in the product licence fee for the first year, as well as all subsequent renewals of the product licence.
