Descriptors in the category template

An unlimited number of categories and descriptors can be created in the category template.

Descriptors are configurable buttons used to define registered actions (categories), such as good, bad, right, left, John, etc.

Examples of category + descriptors are: free kick on right taken by John, good shot from the left. They provide additional information about recorded actions (categories).

In this version you have 2 additional windows to set up more descriptors.

Display up to 5 videos and unlimited databases in the Timeline

Advanced search for clips within one database

The Timeline provides an advanced search where you can filter the information from one database.

Score categories

With the score categories, the program automatically provides the scoreboard of the event at the selected recording moment.

It will appear in the timeline and in the register properties window.

Mix different videos in the presentation

You can make a presentation list or make a video including actions in slow / normal speed from up to 5 different videos.

Actions registering with no video source

Actions from a sporting event can be registered without a video open or a capture device connected to the computer.

For example: while one person is recording a sporting event, another can be on the other side of the pitch registering actions.

Once the event is over, the database can be linked to and synchronised with the recorded actions on the respective video.

More features:

- Synchronising videos with Nacsport databases

- Thumbnail preview of clips with drawings

- Clips comparison within presentations

- Production in DVD format.

- Advanced functionalities for drawings

This version already includes all the features of the Scout and Basic Plus versions:

Categories and descriptors matrix This window shows the relationship between descriptors and categories in numerical form.

When you click on a number, the video quickly shows the actions of which the numbers refer to.

For example: if the number 4 appears in the relationship between goal shots (category) and right (descriptor), just click on the number to see the 4 video clips where the goal shots were from the right.

In this version, the matrix contains specific functions such as making presentation lists, creating videos and exporting the matrix to an excel file.

Add notes while tagging actions
Including notes in the clips while tagging actions. These notes will be stored into the database.

Video download and conversion from Internet
With this version of Nacsport, you can download a video from Internet and convert it to be analysed. All you have to do is paste the video link and, with a single click, Nacsport downloads and converts it automatically.

You can also convert FLV files downloaded from other websites by simply selecting the file to be converted.

- Show counter over the video

Exclusion property in the manual mode categories
An action can be registered and at the same time, one or more actions can be excluded. Thus one or more actions can not be registered while other actions are registered.
Example:
With the buttons (categories) Possesion A, Possesion B and No Possesion, by clicking on Possesion A, this action remains open until clicking again on the same button.
In this case, after clicking on Possesion B, Possesion A will be deactivated and Possesion B will be active
Thus, you will always be able to know with accuracy the time each team possesses the ball and the time the ball is not on the game
