Sharimg is the file sharing app designed especially for sports video analysis in general and Nacsport in particular. Fully integrable with Nacsport, you can upload videos, analyses, presentations and documents and share them with members of your team who can then view your analysis work, create their own presentations, add comments, complete surveys and many other things.

Sharimg truly is an analysis department in the cloud and the perfect complement to Nacsport...and it has just received a new update which brings a major overhaul to the interface and some great new features to improve your video analysis workflows.

So, let’s take a look at what’s new in Sharimg 4.5…

New Intuitive Interface

If you are already a Sharimg user, you’ll see the biggest update to the app as soon as you log in. The interface has been completely overhauled to bring a cleaner, more modern look, designed with your workflows in mind.

From the home page, you can now access all your videos, analysis data, presentations and documents. Each environment is clearly displayed on the new sidebar, making it much quicker and easier to find the data you need at the click of a button.

Create Events for Easy Archiving

As mentioned above, the new sidebar makes it much easier to find the files you need and, by expanding this sidebar, you can quickly access the folder structure which makes it extremely easy to organise your analysis work.

Within this folder structure, there is a brand new environment known as Events. So, what is this for? Well, Events acts as a place where you can archive your video analysis files. At the end of the season, when you have an entire folder structure of videos and data that you don’t want to delete, instead, create a “Season” Event and move everything wholesale to there for secure storage.

In this way, you keep your main folder structure clear and uncluttered without having to continually delete files and all the analysis work you have done previously is stored and archived in the Events folder where it can be accessed at any time.

Upload Standalone Documents

Want to share PDFs, spreadsheets or Word docs with your team?

Although you could previously upload documents to Sharimg, these were stored as part of the video environment, making things slightly cluttered and disorganised.

Well, now there is an entire section of Sharimg dedicated specifically to documents which can be accessed from the side bar.

In professions such as sports video analysis where organisation is the key to success, these small changes make all the difference.

How to Get the Update

Sharimg users do not have to do anything to get the benefits of this new update. The next time you log on to the platform, you’ll see the amazing new interface in all its glory.
