Starting out with any new piece of software can often be overwhelming, never mind something as specific as sport video analysis. Although Nacsport is user-friendly and intuitive, overcoming the trepidation and allowing yourself to take those first few baby steps can be the most daunting part of starting something new.

We are well aware of this and that’s the reason we have so many resources to help you on your way. The Nacsport User Manual, our YouTube channel and our Official Nacsport Courses are all excellent places to get your feet wet in the world of performance analysis.

We are also aware that we keep upping the stakes on you. We give you a huge suite of tools to work with and then add almost 100 new features every year. It’s not easy to keep up, but don’t worry, when you have the fundamentals down, the rest comes easy.

Nacsport User Manuals: Our Most Requested Resource

One of the most common questions we hear is “Is there a user manual?”

Well…yes there is. In fact, there is a separate manual for each of the different programs in our range: Basic, Basic+, Scout+, Pro+ and Elite. In addition, these manuals are available to download in both Spanish and English.

So where can you find the manual? Well, it’s accessible directly from the program itself. On the main menu, click Help and then select User Manual. Alternatively, simply press the F1 key whilst on the main menu.

Alernatively, click on the links below for a direct download.

Basic     Basic Plus   |    Scout Plus    |   Pro Plus   |   Elite

Simple, eh?

Nacsport on YouTube: A More Visual Option

We all know the saying that "a picture is worth a thousand words." Well, at the end of 2008 we created the official Nacsport YouTube Channel to expand our resources and reinforce the user manual.

There is a separate playlist for each level of the program where we explain how to use the vast majority of tools available in Nacsport in a simple and visual way. Again, the videos are available in both English and Spanish.

Click the links below to get direct access to the playlists for each of the following programs.

Nacsport Online Courses with Official Certificates

In the majority of cases, the user manual and the YouTube channel are more than sufficient to cover our users through the fundamentals of Nacsport: creating templates, tagging actions, working in the timeline, creating reports, exporting videos, etc.

But some people, especially beginners, simply like the security of having someone behind them for support. Someone with a thorough depth of knowledge in the software. Someone who can tutor and hold their hand through those first uncertain steps.

For this reason, In November 2019, we launched our first official Nacsport certified course. This project will eventually cover three levels and four common sports: Beginners (Basic and Basic+), Intermediate (Scout+) and Expert (Pro+ and Elite) for Football, Basketball, Hockey and Rugby. The Official Nacsport Starter Course for Football is currently the only course available but the others will be released soon.

At the end of this course you will receive and Official Nacsport Certificate and be confident that you have explored every corner of Nacsport and gotten to know all the secrets and tips.
