They are very precise and, if they do not have the answer, they make contact with the Spanish head office. They are very serious with feedback and users’ needs. For instance, something that I, and probably other users, requested can now be seen in the Pro Plus version.

Moreover, the product has been improved a lot in the last few years. It’s a priority for the company and I consider this as one of Nacsport’s many strengths.
