So, the time has come to renew your Nacsport Support and Update Service or maybe it’s time for the next installment in your payment plan. Either way, you’ll have to update your license. But how do you go about doing that?

Don’t worry, we’ll explain all in this article.

Before You Start

The first step, if you haven’t already done so, is to get in touch with our sales team at sales@nacsport.com. Once they confirm payment, a new license will be sent to you.

Next, you need to uninstall all Nacsport programs other than the one you are going to use. So, if you are going to be using a Basic+ license, this must be the only Nacsport program installed on your computer.

In addition, if you use KlipDraw, you should uninstall this program too. Once renewed, you can integrate KlipDraw to Nacsport.

Finally, check that your computer meets the minimum necessary requirements for using Nacsport.

Ready?

Ok, let’s continue. Find the option below which corresponds best to your situation and follow the instructions.

Option A. Renewing with Nacsport Already Installed

If you already have the correct Nacsport program installed, follow these steps:

  1. Check you have an Internet connection.
  2. Open the program.
  3. In the "Help" menu, click "Check for Updates" and allow the program to update to the latest version.

Option B. Renewing When Nacsport Is Not Installed

If the correct version of Nacsport is not yet installed on your computer, please follow these steps:

  1. Check you have an Internet connection.
  2. Download the program from the corresponding link. If you have previously contacted us, the link will be in the email we sent.
  3. If you are using Windows, simply double-click on the downloaded file and follow the instructions to install the program. To install Nacsport on MacOS, follow these instructions.
  4. Double-click icon to open Nacsport.
  5. In the "Help" menu, click "License Registration". Copy and paste the license number to activate it.
  6. In the "Help" menu, click "Check for Updates" and allow the program to update to the latest version.

Option C. Renewing a License Paid for by Installments

If you are paying for your Nacsport license by installment, you must activate the new license number. If you have not yet contacted us about this, we recommend that you do so before proceeding.

We remind you that our Support and Update Service is included with your annual payment.

  1. Check you have an Internet connection.
  2. If the program is not yet installed, you must download it first. If you have contacted us previously, the link is in the email we sent.
  3. Open the program.
  4. In the "Help" menu, click "License Registration". Copy and paste the license number to activate it.
  5. In the "Help" menu, click "Check for Updates" and allow the program to update to the latest version.

And You’re Done!

If you still have any doubts or questions about this process, don’t hesitate to get in contact with our support team at support@nacsport.com or send us a message through social media and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

We’re always happy to help!
