Although Nacsport is very intuitive to use, we often get messages from people who download the free trial and stumble at the first hurdle. Because they may be novices or uncomfortable with technology, they struggle to get set up and analysing with the software.

Being aware of this fact, we’ve created this quick, concise guide to offer support to those that may need it during their first steps and, hopefully, avoid any pitfalls when downloading, installing or getting started with Nacsport.

Start by Downloading the Program to Your Computer

To download Nacsport, you simply have to click on the Free Trial button on the home page of our website or click the following link:

You'll be taken to following page on which you'll have to complete some personal information…

The fields with an asterisk (*) are required but we always recommend that you share as much information as possible so that we can advise you in the best way possible. Remember to accept the terms and privacy policy and hit “Download”.

If you are downloading the program as a free trial, you will have a total 30 days to try any of the programs in our range of software.

Which Version of Nacsport Should You Download?

It’s not easy to answer this question as it depends on many factors such as your level of experience, needs as a video analyst and, of course, budget. Luckily, we’ve created this handy guide to deciding which program is best for you. Click the link below, answer a few questions and we’ll give you a recommendation for which one to download.

Which Is the Best Video Analysis Software Package for You?

Really, it’s no big deal if you choose the wrong option at this point. As we said above, you have 30 days to try ANY of the products in the Nacsport range and you can change up or down as needed during this month.

To do this, you simply need to uninstall the program you are currently working with and reinstall the one you want. You can do this by repeating the process of clicking on the Free Trial button.

Is Nacsport Available on Mac?

Yes, it is. All versions of Nacsport are available natively on macOS. There are a few small difference between the Windows and Mac versions but, essentially, they have the exact same features.

When you go to the download page, the operating system you are using will be detected automatically and you will be offered that version of the software.

I Completed the Form…Now What?

Once you have completed the form, the following window will appear:

The download link will be sent to your email inbox, so it’s very important that you write your email address correctly in the previous step. The message you receive will look like this:

During the trial period, we'll contact you with some useful information and resources to help you get up and running with the software, so keep your eyes on your inbox throughout the 30 days.

Installing Nacsport

Clicking on the “Download” button will automatically start the installation process. Follow the onscreen instructions which will take you through these steps:

1. Click on the "Download" button. The process will start.

2. When finished, double-click the icon that has been created on the desktop.

3. Follow the steps for installation.

install nacsport

If everything has gone as expected, Nacsport should now be installed on your computer and you’re ready to get started.

If you are just starting the trial period, you now have a total of 30 days to test drive our software. Remember if you uninstall and install a different version of Nacsport, this does not mean that you have another 30 days. You’ll simply have what remains in the original 30.

After the 30-day trial period, Nacsport will ask you for a license number to activate your program. You can buy your license through our purchasing system or contact a member of our sales team using this contact form.

Now What? How Do I Get Started?

Once you run the program for the first time, you’ll be confronted with the multitude of options in main menu of Nacsport. This may provoke a lot of questions and many doubts. So, where should you start with the program?

Don't worry, we've got you covered with the Nacsport Quick Start. This video has been designed to walk you through the Nacsport workflow, from creating a tagging window to making a presentation. Follow each step in this video and you'll be good to go:
