Welcome to our new Nacsport website!

Dear users:

We are always working to bring you our best. For this reason, time ago our team thought it would be great if we could improve our site to provide you with a clearer, more visual and easier site to navigate aimed to you.

Since that moment, we have had a lot of meetings to build what we consider Nacsport mirror on the Internet. A website conceived for an easy navigation so you will not have to move far from the home page to find what you are trying to find. And this is the result.

We are especially proud of the introduction video. We would like you to know in less than three minutes what video analysis software is and what Nacsport offers you. We hope we have reached that goal and we hope you enjoy it too.

Now it is time for you to keep enjoying your Nacsport experience with Nacspirit, a blog that will reflect our strength to move forward every day with loads of excitement and eagerness.

We welcome your feedback, so please check out our new features and email your comments and suggestions to .

Thanks for being there.

95% Nacsport Dutch professional users renew license

Data provided by CaJa Sport Software, Nacsport reseller in Holland, reflect a high level of confidence among users in that country. A 95% of them have renewed their Pro, Pro Plus and Elite licenses.

Specifically, 100% of the Pro Plus and Elite clients, the two highest products within Nacsport range, have decided to carry one their workflows with our software. This number is sensibly reduced when talking about Pro (85%) but still very good percentage.

Also in Entry Level products there is a good response. A 100% of renewals among Scout Pro users, whereas another 96% of the users will keep working with Basic Plus.

CaJa Sport Software shows us that 60% of users that have tested Basic have renewed their license. This is the lowest renewal rate but it has an explanation. Basic is the preferred software for young coaches in courses or workshops but not everyone has made up their minds to finally purchase the product.

However, this 60% is more than half the users that have tested Basic, so it is still a good figure. 6 out of every 10 testers have decided to buy Nacsport Basic.

2012: a year of growth

During 2012, Nacsport offered users two updates: 1.2.988 in May and 1.3.300 in December. They both remarkably improved the six programs available. Also, Nacsport developed three new pieces of software: Basic Plus, Training and Viewer.

Moreover, the Nacsport technical staff is working during the first months of 2013 to bring out another update, which is due to be public in the first half of the year, around May or June.

In May 2012, Nacsport published the first of the two updates for that year. Generally, update 1.2.988 increased features in the lower version (so-called "Amateur" programs): the possibility of using more buttons (categories and descriptors), a matrix or timeline. The drawing tool in registers was included in Nacsport Basic too.

Also, three new programs joined the Nacsport family: Basic Plus, Training and Viewer. Training is a simple and intuitive tool aimed to help users in organising trainings or classes. This software was integrated in other video analysis tools, but also marketed individually.
Basic Plus was created to satisfy the request of many users to have an intermediate working environment between Basic and Scout, with more features than the lowest software of our family, but more affordable than Nacsport Scout.

At the end of the year, update 1.3.300 concluded the hard work carried out by the Nacsport technical team. Different programs received more than 50 new characteristics. The most important ones that stand out are: autolists and autopresentations, revising actions in real time, accessing the moment a descriptor appears in a clip and linking two videos to a same database.

2012 has been a very productive year for Nacsport as far as strategic plans are concerned. The company has not only provided users with lots of new features, but also marketed new ones into the same workflow environment to allow our clients to keep improving the observation, registering and overall analysis processes.

Release of update 1.3.300 plenty of important features

This 31 December Nacsport has released update 1.3.300. This update comes at the end of 2012 plenty of important features and innovations with regard to the previous version.

Among almost 40 new features of this update in the different software of both categories (amateur and pro), four of them stand out because of their importance as remarkable improvements to the current version.

Update 1.3.300 will allow users to get a bigger yield to their time, because the software will be able to create "Autolists" and "Autopresentations" during the same observation process. This feature will be available only in the Elite software. With this new option, users will save work time instead of watching actions again.

Whitin this same spirit, another feature included in the new update will allow to review actions in real time without leaving the capture of an event and modify its while registering new actions.

Likewise, in the analysis stage, users will be able to access to the moment a descriptor appears instead of watching the whole play from the beginning. This will help to take the most profit of their time.

Based on this idea of having the best quality in the analysis stage, update 1.3.300 will offer to users the chance to link two videos to a same database. With this improvement, users can take a same play from to different angles with the added option to bring the best one out of these two to a presentation.

These four features are the most important ones within an ambitious update with many other innovations that will allow user to keep improving observation, registering and analysis workflows.

To download and install the update you only have to follow these instructions:

• If you have enabled automatic updates (When you start the program and you are connected to internet automatically will appears the message "Update available"):

- Click on the "Download" button to start the process

• If you don't have enabled automatic updates.

- Click on the "Help" button in the main menu
- Click on the "Check for updates" button in the main menu

This meeting intended to show solutions to match the requirements for quality information using hi-tech software like the Nacsport programs.
