Quality and Environmental Policy

Since its origins as a university project in 2005, Nacsport has evolved into a multinational company in the field of video analysis. What began as an initiative driven by passion and innovation is today a global project with a continuously growing team and a strong international presence.

This has led to us creating this Quality and Environmental Policy which sets down the values that guide our company in relation to our commitment to complying with requirements and continuously improving the effectiveness of our management systems and preventing pollution and damage to the environment. It provides a framework for establishing and reviewing Quality and Environmental objectives, including our commitment to complying with applicable legal requirements, internal communication and regularly reviewing the suitability of the policy.

The following framework outlines the mission, vision and values of our company.

Mission

Our mission is to develop and market video analysis solutions aimed at improving performance. This is done by offering a range of products which can be adapted to all levels and budgets. We are committed to providing quality, innovation and sustainability, adopting responsible practices which minimise our impact on the environment.

Vision

To be a multinational company of note in the video analysis sector, offering effective, accessible solutions which adapt to the real needs of our users. We aspire to sustainable growth, based on close working relationships with clients, technological excellence and respect for the environment.

Values

We are guided by integrity, responsibility and continuous improvement. We work as a team, with passion and commitment, fostering a corporate culture focused on efficiency, innovation and sustainability. We promote a work environment which respects the environment - reducing the use of paper through digitalisation, opting for LED and natural lighting, separating waste for recycling, reducing the use of plastic and enabling remote work as part of our environmental responsibility policy.

In addition, management is committed to providing products and services that consistently meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

All members of staff are involved in compliance with this policy.

To achieve the highest level of quality and safety in our processes and services, we provide effective procedures which dictate our way of working. The adoption of the Quality and Environmental Management System aims to meet the following commitments:

Comply with the requirements set out in ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).

Comply with the requirements set out in ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).

Comply with legal, regulatory, statutory, client and other applicable requirements, ensuring occupational health and safety and environmental care.

Continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system, take measures to prevent pollution and continuously improve safety measures and guarantees of workers’ health, facilitating the participation of all employees, as well as their right to be consulted.

Analyse and maximise customer satisfaction with our services.

Continuously strive towards excellence through the early identification and eradication of error. Prevention is always a priority over correction.

Motivate and develop our human resources through appropriate training activities.

Establish and maintain permanent channels of communication and information with our clients, employees, suppliers and society in general.

The Quality and Environmental Policy is made available to the public and stakeholders for their information and knowledge.

Management provides the Management System with all necessary tools, both documentary and digital, to ensure that the Quality and Environmental Policy is understood, implemented and remains valid at all levels of the organisation.

To fulfill these commitments, the company annually establishes (during the review and analysis of the Management System by management) a series of quality and environmental objectives and goals, which may be qualitative or quantitative, but in any case, must be verifiable in terms of compliance and effectiveness.

Management and the Quality Coordinator evaluate the progress in achieving these objectives when conducting the periodic review of the Management System.
