What is the Support and Update Service?


SUS is an optional annual payment for Nacsport lifetime license holders only.

It gives Basic, Basic+, Scout, Pro and Elite users unlimited access to our support team and allows them to download and use the most up-to-date version of Nacsport.

SUS is not applicable to users with an annual subscription.

Why do you need SUS?

SUS is an optional service but it is recommended. A SUS subscription will ensure that there are no compatibility issues arising from operating system updates and third-party software.
Should you choose not to subscribe to SUS, no problem, it’s your choice. You will be able to continue using Nacsport software as normal, although we cannot guarantee that said compatibility issues will not arise in the future. You will also be missing out on all the great new tools and workflow improvements that we regularly add to the software.

Continue using Nacsport software as normal, but we cannot guarantee compatibility issues will not arise in the future. You’ll also miss out on the new tools and workflows we regularly add to the software.
